Developed the customer datamart and the intranet-based reporting fro Marketing. Responsible for deployment, maintenance and support of SAS Enterprise Guide reporting tool. Responsible for supplying and maintaining the data used by the reporting tool. Responsible for deployment and support of Cognos 8 reporting tool on top of BW.
