Isabelle LARDEUX-GILLOUX

My many profesionnal exposures are evidence of value-added experiences in a single arena: Management in challenging environments.
An exceptional leader with talent managing people and processes at international level, I am a valuable ‘Local change agent’ with a ‘Global mindset’ interested in helping organizations improve their efficiency within changing and complex environments.
Analytical, sharp, multi-tasked, I come in a company or organisation to solve problems (not create them) and drive strategies to match their vision. Acting creatively and being pro-active is an important part of my work satisfaction.
I have a can do attitude and measure my success through the success of others. I like to work in businesses that involve technology. I am able to make commitments.
Extensive experience in business development, project management, marketing, training, consulting and coaching. Proven track-record possessed in risk related environments.
