1991 - 2007Marine Manager - Ministry of Defense in France
Oct 2006 to Aug 2007
Responsibilities include, staffs management such as chief engineers and commanding officers and, overlooking logistics, ship repair and technical state of readiness. Introduce new methods for performance management which reduce projects from 80 to 60 days a year this result in efficiency improvement by 30% over the last 2 years.
Before promoted to Marine Manager I have held the following job tiles with the Ministry of Defense and completed 5 years of my Master Engineering studies.
Marine Superintendent – July 2004 to Sept 2006
This role involved in conducting technical and operational audits while providing tactical and concurrent control. In addition, I have to work within €90milion annual budget involving 42 ships repair.
Chief Engineer - July 1998 to June 2004
Assigned to French Polynesia-Papeete, Brest-France, La Reunion Island-Indian Ocean during the above time frame. Responsibilities include training new staffs, managing naval propulsion, energy-converting systems, operational and technical support, OHS and in charge of ship’s maintenance & security.
Petty Officer - Sept 1992 to Sept 1995
Responsibilities include navigation and maintaining anti-submarine warfare.
